AI SDR
Seven sales teams with an AI SDR working for them
An agent that researches, qualifies and drafts the first message for each target company. The team decides what gets sent.
7 AI SDRs running, from tourism to investment
- 7companies with their own AI SDR
- 13.560enriched contacts for a trade fair organiser
Starting point
Seven companies from different sectors, from tourism to investment, with the same problem: prospecting well means researching each account, deciding whether it fits and writing every message. Hours the sales team doesn't have.
What we did
For each one we designed an AI SDR: an agent that identifies target companies, researches them, qualifies them against the ideal customer profile and drafts a personalised first message. The team reviews and decides what gets sent. For Amistat Hostels, a continuous pipeline of partner agencies; for Venturest, conversations with key investment profiles; for the rest, multichannel campaigns with follow-up. And for a trade fair organiser, 13,560 contacts enriched with company data.
The change
Before and now.
Before
- Searching for companies one by one
- Researching every account before writing
- Generic messages nobody answers
Now
- Lists of companies that match the ideal customer
- A first message written for each one
- The team reviews, sends and talks
Step by step.
- Input
Target companies
We define the ideal customer and the agent builds the list of companies.
- AI
Research
It reads their website, services and news to understand each account.
- Rule
Qualification
Only what really fits moves forward.
- AI
Personalised message
It writes a first message with a specific reference to that company.
- Person
Review and send
Nothing is sent without a person reviewing it.
And up and running.

Result
Pipelines that never stop, messages that sound right for each company and sales teams that spend their time on conversations, not on looking for them.
People bring the judgement and the relationship. The agent does the preparation.
