Starting point

Headway Executive Search managed candidates and clients on an old system, with scattered data and lots of repetitive tasks: adding profiles, searching, comparing, following up.

What we did

We designed and built a complete recruitment platform, organised into 16 modules: automatic candidate registration from LinkedIn, AI search across the whole database, matching between roles and profiles and centralised tracking of every process. The next phase brings telephony and WhatsApp into the same screen.
