Starting point
Addwill, a professional services firm with more than a hundred people across tax, legal, employment, accounting and BPO, wanted to adopt AI safely and turn it into an advantage: for the cost of serving each client to fall as it grows.
What we did
We assessed processes and risks and drafted their AI policy. Then we built their AI platform from the ground up and, with the leads of each department, created nine assistants specialised in their operations. And we connected them to their accounting and management systems.
The change
Before and now.
Before
- Each professional used AI their own way, or not at all
- Doubts about the confidentiality of client data
- Lots of repetitive work on year-end closes, tax notices and payroll
Now
- A clear AI policy for the whole firm
- Assistants that know how each department works
- Connected to their accounting and management systems
Step by step.
- Method
Assessment and policy
We analyse each department and draft its policy: what can be done, with which data and with what review.
- System
AI platform
We set up the firm's workspace, its permissions and its shared knowledge.
- AI
Assistants by department
We build assistants for the year-end close, tax authority notices, payroll, proposals and more.
- System
Connectors
We connect the assistants to the systems where client data lives.
- Person
Leads
Each assistant is validated by whoever knows that work best before it reaches the team.
And up and running.
