Starting point
Euromanager, a recruitment consultancy, receives over 1,000 applications per process. Each CV arrived in a different format and the team read it, summarised it and entered it by hand into their system. Hours that weren't spent talking to people.
What we did
We started with two workflows for the recruitment team and continued with an agent that reads each CV as it arrives, extracts experience, education and languages, summarises it in a common format and compares it with the job requirements. It is now on its second version, and it has been joined by the automation of the schedule reports the team prepared every week.
