Dozens of payment receipts arrive by email every day. Each one had to be read, the policy identified, checked against the outstanding bill, forwarded to the right insurer out of about fifty and logged. Repetitive work where one slip was costly.
What we did
We designed a collections system that sorts every email, reads the receipt with OCR and AI, identifies the policy and validates the amount against the bill. If everything matches, it prepares the submission to the insurer and reconciles the payment. If something doesn't fit, it passes it to the team with a note.
