Starting point
Delicat Aliment wanted to know where AI adds value in a food company with very hands-on processes, and for its team to really use it, not just leadership.
What we did
We started with an opportunity assessment across all areas: 59 use cases placed on our Opportunity Map. Then came an adoption plan, hands-on training and ongoing support with office hours at their offices, bookable sessions where anyone brings a real task from their day-to-day and leaves with it solved. And we connected their dashboards to the AI assistants they already use, to ask the data questions in natural language.
The change
Before and now.
Before
- AI was an idea from leadership
- Data in dashboards that few knew how to read
- Nobody knew where to start
Now
- A prioritised plan, case by case
- Office hours where everyone brings a real task
- Questions to the data in natural language
Step by step.
- Person
Interviews
We listen to the people who do the work, from production to administration.
- Method
Opportunity Map
We place each case by impact and effort: quick wins and big bets.
- Deliverable
Adoption plan
We set what comes first, who leads it and how it is measured.
- Training
Training and office hours
Bookable sessions where anyone brings an email, a spreadsheet or a report and leaves with it solved.
- System
Connected data
We connect their dashboards to the assistants they already use, so they can ask the data questions.
And up and running.
How is the fresh line doing this month compared to last year?
- Sep 2025
- 1107
- Sep 2026
- 1240
12% more than last year: 1,240 orders versus 1,107. The growth comes from Catalonia and the distribution channel.
Result
A company-wide plan running case by case, data accessible to the whole team and a new habit: bringing real work to the session.
Nobody needs a prepared project. A repetitive email, a spreadsheet or a report is enough.
