Nine directors, three sessions, seventy use cases
AI adoption started at the top: the executive committee learned with its own documents and now drives its AI Office.

Starting point
Frit Ravich wanted AI adoption to start at the top: for its executive committee to understand first-hand what AI can do for the business and to lead the change.
What we did
We interviewed the nine directors one by one and designed three tailored sessions, with demos built on their own documents, systems and data. The result was a matrix of seventy use cases, a backlog by department, usage guides by role and a starter kit. We now support their AI Office.
The change
Before and now.
Before
- Interest in AI, but no shared vision among leadership
- Generic examples that didn't speak to their business
- No structure to decide where to invest
Now
- A committee that understands AI with its own data
- A backlog of use cases by department
- An AI Office that puts it into practice
Step by step.
- Person
Nine interviews
We talk to each director: what they decide, which documents they work with and where they lose time.
- Method
Cases from their business
We map the interviews into a matrix of seventy use cases, each with its area and difficulty.
- Training
Three sessions
Demos built on their real documents and systems, so each director could see their own work with AI.
- Deliverable
Backlog by department
Each director left with their list of cases, a usage guide for their role and their workspace set up.
- Person
AI Office
We now support their AI Office in turning those cases into projects.
And up and running.

Result
A leadership team equipped to drive AI with sound judgement, a shared language to decide where to invest and an office that puts it into practice.
The conversation about AI went from “what is it” to “where do we start”.
